Job summary

Sipani Properties in Bengaluru, Karnataka is seeking a Planning Engineer with 4–7 years of experience to manage project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and timely delivery.

You will prepare baseline schedules, master and look-ahead plans, monitor progress, generate progress reports, and coordinate with architects, PMs, site engineers, contractors, and procurement teams. Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Project is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Project.
• Strong planning, monitoring, and analytical skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project baseline schedules aligned with milestones.
• Develop Master, Phase-wise, Monthly, Weekly, and Look‑Ahead schedules.
• Monitor progress and identify delays and critical activities.
• Prepare progress reports and dashboards for management.
• Coordinate with architects, PMs, site engineers, contractors, and procurement.
• Analyze delays, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Track milestones, resources, and dependencies.
• Assist in EOT/delay analysis and claims documentation.
• Ensure planning aligns with cost, quality, procurement, and construction targets.

Job Designation -PLANNING ENGINEER

Budget- 5.5 lpa to 10 lpa

We are looking for a Planning Engineer who is hands‑on, analytical, proactive, and strong in project monitoring. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project baseline schedules in line with project milestones and contractual requirements.
• Develop and maintain Master, Phase-wise, Monthly, Weekly, and Look‑Ahead schedules.
• Monitor actual progress against planned progress and identify delays, slippages, and critical activities.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports and project dashboards for management review.
• Coordinate with Architects, Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, and Procurement teams to ensure timely execution.
• Track project milestones, critical paths, resource requirements, and dependencies.
• Analyze project delays and assist in identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor procurement and material delivery schedules and assess their impact on project timelines.
• Coordinate with the execution team for short-term and long-term planning.
• Prepare progress presentations and MIS reports for senior management.
• Maintain proper records of planned vs. actual quantities, productivity, and project progress.
• Assist in EOT (Extension of Time) / delay analysis and claims‑related documentation, wherever required.
• Ensure that project planning is aligned with cost, quality, procurement, and construction targets.
