The Planning Engineer will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and coordinating with site teams to ensure timely completion of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress tracking reports
• Monitor daily site progress and update project timelines accordingly
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineers, and subcontractors
• Prepare DPR, MIS, weekly and monthly progress reports
• Identify project delays and support in recovery planning
• Track manpower, material, and equipment planning at site
• Ensure smooth coordination between site and management team

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of MSP (Microsoft Project) and project scheduling
• Good understanding of construction planning and execution
• Experience in high-rise/residential/commercial projects preferred.
• Knowledge of project reporting, billing follow-up, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD (basic knowledge preferred)
