Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is seeking a Personal Banker with 2+ years of international voice process experience to join a fast-paced global contact centre in Pune or Gurugram.

You will handle inbound international customer interactions, resolve queries with empathy, and maintain high service levels while working across multiple applications. This role requires strong English communication and a customer-centric mindset.
