Job summary

Wsne Consulting in Gurgaon is hiring for an International Inbound Customer Support Voice Process. You will handle inbound calls from international customers, provide timely, accurate resolutions, and deliver a high-quality customer experience on every interaction.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. English communication must be excellent; minimum 1 year voice CS exp preferred. Role offers 5 days work, rotational shifts, cab facility, and attractive incentives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• - Handle inbound calls from international customers in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
• - Understand customer queries, concerns, and issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
• - Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every interaction.
• - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, or other customer-related concerns.
• - Handle customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
• - Maintain proper documentation and update customer details accurately in the system.
• - Follow company policies, process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• - Meet defined performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and call handling targets.
• - Demonstrate active listening, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
• - Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• - Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while handling different types of customer interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

Compensation & Benefits

• - Salary: 3.5 LPA to 5.5LPA, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.

• - Candidates who do not avail the cab facility will receive a 4,000 monthly transport allowance.
