Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in Banking operations
• Experience in international banking / global banking processes preferred
• Exposure to multi-product banking propositions (accounts, cards, payments, loans, etc.)
• Strong communication skills with high levels of customer empathy
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven contact center environment
• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks
