Job summary

Cosma Fertility is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own both performance marketing and brand communication from Noida on-site. You will manage Meta and Google Ads, WhatsApp lead generation, and track lead quality in collaboration with the sales team to optimize conversions.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on PPC experience, managing large ad spends, and knowledge of CRM and conversion tracking, with a focus on CPA and qualified lead generation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Experience managing ad spend around ₹315 lakh/month.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, pharma or other restricted advertising categories.

Responsibilities

• Manage Meta and Google Ads end-to-end, including budgets, audiences, creatives and landing pages.
• Manage click-to-WhatsApp and WhatsApp lead generation campaigns.
• Track lead quality and work closely with the sales team to measure conversions.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across ads, website, WhatsApp and social media.
• Prepare and maintain weekly performance reports and key metrics.
• Develop ad copies and creative briefs suitable for restricted healthcare advertising categories.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager who can own both performance marketing and brand communication at Cosma Fertility.

Cosma Fertility makes FertiGen, a CDSCO-approved non-hormonal fertility support device developed at IIT Bombay. We are Forbes India listed, a National Startup Award winner, and a Prix Galien India Top 3 nominee.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Meta and Google Ads end-to-end, including budgets, audiences, creatives and landing pages.
• Manage click-to-WhatsApp and WhatsApp lead generation campaigns.
