Cosma Fertility in Noida is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own both performance marketing and brand communication. You will manage Meta and Google Ads, lead-gen campaigns, and track metrics to drive conversions. This role requires 3-5 years of hands-on experience and comfort with restricted advertising.

The position offers ownership of real marketing budgets, autonomy, and direct impact on business growth, with an on-site Noida work setup.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Experience managing ~₹3.15 million/month in ad spend.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, pharma or other restricted advertising categories.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads.
• Ability to write ad copies, create briefs and work closely with creative teams.
• Understanding of CRM, lead quality and conversion tracking.
• Strong focus on CPA and qualified lead generation.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on Performance Marketing Manager who can own both performance marketing and brand communication at Cosma Fertility.

Cosma Fertility makes FertiGen, a CDSCO‑approved non‑hormonal fertility support device developed at IIT Bombay. We are Forbes India listed, a National Startup Award winner, and a Prix Galien India Top 3 nominee.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Meta and Google Ads end-to-end, including budgets, audiences, creatives and landing pages.
• Manage click-to-WhatsApp and WhatsApp lead generation campaigns.
• Track lead quality and work closely with the sales team to measure conversions.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across ads, website, WhatsApp and social media.
• Prepare and maintain weekly performance reports and key metrics.
• Develop ad copies and creative briefs suitable for restricted healthcare advertising categories.

What Were Looking For

• 3 - 5 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience.
• Experience managing approximately 315 lakh/month in ad spend.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, pharma or other restricted advertising categories.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Meta and Google Ads.
