The Civilized Society, a modern fashion house, seeks a senior Performance Marketing professional to lead paid channels for its premium brands in the Indian market. This role centers on driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROAS through strategic Meta and Google Ads management.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, a relevant MBA/BBA, and certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Analytics).

Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing or Bachelor in Marketing/ BBA.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the paid marketing strategy for both brands (Ash Theory and Charcoal Threads).
• Own customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
• Plan monthly, quarterly and annual digital marketing roadmaps.
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
• Build scalable acquisition and remarketing funnels.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Qualification:

• MBA in Marketing, Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, BBA
• Google Ads Certification (Preferred)
• Meta Blueprint Certification (Preferred)
• Google Analytics Certification (Preferred)

Experience:

• 5 to 10 years of hands on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads for D2C or e-commerce brands.
• Experience handling monthly advertising budgets ranging from Rs.20 Lacs to Rs.1 Crore is highly desirable

Role & responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute the overall paid marketing strategy for both brands,
• own customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
• Plan monthly, quarterly and annual digital marketing roadmaps.
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
• Build scalable acquisition and remarketing funnels.

2. Meta Ads Management

• Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across: Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Advantage Shopping Campaigns, Dynamic Product Ads, Catalog Sales Campaigns, Video Campaigns, Lead Generation Campaigns.
• Campaign Planning and execution
• Audience research and segmentation
• Budget allocation, Creative testing, Scalling profitable campaigns.

3. Google Ads Management

- Google Search, Google Shopping, Performance Max, Display Network.

4. Analytics & Tracking

5. Setting up accurate conversion tracking, Managing Meta Pixel and

conversion API

6. Conversion Rate Optimization

7. Continuously improve website performance through Landing

Page Optimization, Product page optimization, Funnel analysis,

CTA optimization.

8. Creative Performance Strategy

9. E-commerce growth to improve revenue, Return on Ad spend

(ROAS)
