Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited in Gurugram is seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager to plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and marketplaces to drive acquisition and revenue.

You will optimize budgets, analyze ROAS, CAC and CPA, conduct A/B tests, collaborate with creative and sales teams, and report insights with Google Analytics and other tools.

Qualifications

• Graduate or post-graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, SEO and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, marketplaces and other digital platforms.

• Prepare regular MIS and performance reports with actionable insights.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to achieve business targets.
