Job summary

SG OASIS HR CONSULTANCY PVT LTD in Delhi is seeking a Sr. Performance Marketing Executive for the cosmetic industry to drive paid campaigns and optimize key metrics.

The role requires hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads, strong knowledge of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPC, CTR and conversion rate, and expertise in Google Search, Shopping, PMax, Display and YouTube Ads within a fast-paced D2C environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Meta & Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPC, CTR and conversion rate.
• Experience with Google Search, Shopping, PMax, Display & YouTube Ads.
• Experience with catalog ads, remarketing, lookalike audiences, campaign scaling and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Meta Ads Manager and conversion tracking.
• Ability to manage campaign budgets, audiences, creatives and daily optimizations.
• Strong analytical skills with good proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Performance-driven, execution-focused in a fast-paced D2C environment.
