SG Oasis is seeking a Sr. Performance Marketing Executive to lead and optimize our paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube. The role focuses on driving ROAS through strategic bidding, audience segmentation, and creative testing in a fast-paced D2C environment.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with Shopping, PMax, and remarketing, along with strong data analytics in Excel or Google Sheets. Delhi/NCR-based on-site position with budget management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Meta & Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPC, CTR and conversion rate.
• Experience with Google Search, Shopping, PMax, Display & YouTube Ads.
• Experience with catalog ads, remarketing, lookalike audiences, campaign scaling and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Meta Ads Manager and conversion tracking.
• Ability to manage campaign budgets, audiences, creatives and daily optimizations.
• Strong analytical skills with good proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Performance-driven, execution-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced D2C environment.
