Job summary

WebSpero Solutions in Mohali is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years hands-on experience to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. You will handle day-to-day execution, optimization, reporting, research, and basic tracking for Ecommerce, DTC and B2B campaigns for Indian and international clients.

The role requires independent campaign setup, optimization skills, and comfort with performance metrics and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Ability to independently set up and manage standard campaigns.
• Good understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics.
• Basic knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Perform daily account hygiene and performance checks.
• Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
• Monitor campaign budgets and performance.
• Execute creative, audience, keyword, and campaign tests.
• Analyse metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and CVR.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and suggest optimizations.
• Perform basic landing page and funnel analysis.
• Identify and troubleshoot conversion tracking issues.
• Support media planning and campaign scaling under senior guidance.
