Job summary

Nhrs Soft Systems in Noida is seeking a Performance Marketing Expert to plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns. You will own end-to-end funnel strategies and work with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results from awareness to conversion.

The role requires hands-on experience with Ads Manager, Pixel tracking, and ROAS optimization. You will collaborate with creative, content, and client-facing teams in a full-time, on-site capacity at Sector 6, Noida.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Pixel tracking.
• Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Experience handling multiple accounts and budgets.
• Knowledge of UTM tracking and reporting dashboards is a plus.

Responsibilities
