Nhrs Soft Systems in Noida seeks a Digital Marketing Expert to lead Meta ads campaigns and drive full-funnel strategies. You will research audiences, optimize ROAS, and collaborate with creative and client teams to deliver measurable results.

The role requires 3–4 years hands-on Meta Ads experience, strong data skills, and familiarity with Ads Manager, Pixel, and UTM tracking. This is a full-time on-site position with standard office hours.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of Ads Manager and Pixel tracking.
• Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Experience handling multiple accounts and budgets.
• Knowledge of UTM tracking and reporting dashboards is a plus.

Shift Timings- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM | Mon Fri

Job Type- Full time (Work from Office)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Develop full-funnel strategies (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion)
• Perform audience research, targeting, and retargeting
• Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for ROI, CPA, CPL, and ROAS
• Create and test ad creatives (copy, formats, placements)
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking
• Analyze campaign performance and share insights with stakeholders
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad formats
• Ensure adherence to Meta ad policies
• Collaborate with creative, content, and client-facing teams
