GTF Technologies, a fast-growing digital agency, is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta) to drive Meta ad campaigns. You will develop strategy, write copy, design creatives, and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential.

Located in Noida, you will work Monday to Friday with a focus on data-driven decision making, trend awareness, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable results for real estate clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising is required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in managing Meta advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Meta advertising strategies to achieve business goals.
• Create and manage Meta ad campaigns including copy, design, targeting, and bidding.
