The role requires 6 months to 1 year of hands-on Facebook/Instagram Ads experience, proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, and strong analytical and creative skills for campaign optimisation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads.
• Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimisation.
• Understanding key metrics: CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA and ROAS.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up and manage Facebook & Instagram Ads.
• Conduct audience research, targeting and retargeting.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding, placements and ad formats.
• Create and coordinate ad creatives and copies.
• Monitor campaigns and optimise performance regularly.
• Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports.
• Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives and campaigns.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, policies and best practices.
• Handle Search Arbitrage and Display Arbitrage campaigns.

As a Digital Marketer specialising in Facebook Ads, you will be responsible for developing, executing and optimising paid social media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Your role will involve working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Job Details

• Location: Sector-58, Gurugram
• Experience: 06 months to 1 year
• Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday, Saturdays are WFH)
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Salary: upto 1.8 LPA + performance based incentive
• Candidates: Gurugram-based candidates only
• Interview: Face-to-face
