Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to improve ROI and CPL/CPA.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
• Track campaign metrics, analyze data, and prepare performance reports.
• Optimize ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4 and GTM.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to improve campaign performance.
