Job summary

Indian Podcast Studio is offering an internship to support the marketing team in running, tracking, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube. You will help grow reach, followers, and content performance with hands-on experience in a fast-growing content studio.

You'll gain real exposure through daily ad management, performance analysis, and collaboration with the content team. The role is ideal for learners eager to dive into performance marketing and build practical skills.

What You'll Do

• Help research target audiences, competitor pages, and ad creatives

• Support A/B testing of ad copy, creatives, and thumbnails

• Assist in preparing performance reports and dashboards

• Coordinate with the content/editing team for ad-ready assets

• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and trends

Who We're Looking For

• Basic understanding of digital marketing / social media platforms

• Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis

• Curious, analytical, and eager to learn paid marketing hands-on

• Good communication and time management

• Own laptop preferred (not mandatory)

Nice to Have

• Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification (or coursework)

• Experience running personal/college page campaigns

• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets formulas and basic analytics tools

• Interest in content, reels, and short-form platforms
