Job summary

Freedom Fragrances is seeking a results-driven junior Performance Marketing Executive to support and execute digital advertising campaigns. The role focuses on campaign execution, performance monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns to boost brand visibility, traffic, and sales.

You will work with the marketing and e-commerce teams to plan, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, ensuring efficient budgets and measurable ROAS.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience in e-commerce, beauty, cosmetics, or perfume brands will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Support e-commerce advertising campaigns to drive website traffic, conversions, and sales.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Assist in audience research, targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop ad creatives, banners, videos, and promotional content.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audience segments, and campaign strategies.
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements to achieve marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
