We are seeking a highly skilled anddata-driven Performance Marketing Assistant Manager to plan, execute, andoptimize digital campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, andother paid media platforms. The ideal candidate will be hands-on withperformance marketing, comfortable working with analytics and tracking tools,and capable of translating insights into actions that improve ROI, leadquality, and overall business growth.
KeyResponsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage performance campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms to achieve CPL/CPA and ROI targets.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through audience refinement, bidding strategies, creative testing, and funnel improvements.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, UTMs, and goal measurement to ensure accurate performance attribution.
- Design and run A/B tests (ad copies, audiences, landing pages) and present findings with clear recommendations.
DataAnalytics & Reporting
- Collect, organize, and analyzecampaign-level and channel-level data to identify trends, gaps, and growthopportunities.
- Build and maintain performancedashboards/reports to share weekly and monthly results with stakeholders.
- Track and report on key metricssuch as impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, lead quality, and funnel drop-offsusing tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Tag Manager.
- Translate data into actionableinsights to improve efficiency and scale.
Budget & Performance Management
- Assist in planning anddistributing monthly/quarterly digital marketing budgets across channels basedon goals and historical performance.
- Monitor daily spends to ensurealignment with budgets and pacing plans.
- Recommend reallocation ofbudgets across campaigns/channels to maximize business outcomes.
Competition & Industry Monitoring
- Conduct regular competitor andkeyword/ad creative benchmarking to identify whitespace and new opportunities.
- Stay current on platformupdates, new ad formats, targeting capabilities, and industry best practices inperformance marketing.
- Share learnings and POVs withthe wider marketing team for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with content,design, product, and sales teams to ensure ad messaging, landing pages, andlead flows are aligned.
- Provide feedbackon landing page performance and partner with teams to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree inMarketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands‑onexperience in performance/digital marketing managing paid campaigns acrossGoogle and Meta; exposure to programmatic/Bing is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset withthe ability to read data, spot trends, and make decisions quickly.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, MetaAds Manager, Google Analytics/GA4, Tag Manager, and basic tracking concepts.
- Experience with lead-genfunnels (preferred for real estate/high-value categories).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with ownership of KPIs.
