Job summary

Tint Tone & Shade in India invites a seasoned performance marketer to own end-to-end lead generation across Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and future markets. You will plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to drive qualified leads for real estate/interiors projects.

You will monitor CPL, CAC, ROAS, and continuously improve landing pages and creatives while coordinating budgets across locations.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in performance marketing (real estate / interiors preferred).
• Data-driven thinking (not guesswork marketing).

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution & Optimization
• Plan, launch and optimize campaigns on: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) LinkedIn Ads (for B2B / premium leads)
• Continuously monitor CPL, CAC, ROAS and improve performance Lead Generation & Funnel Management
• Ensure daily lead flow meets targets per location
• Improve lead quality (not just quantity)
• Optimize landing pages and ad creatives for conversions
• Multi-Location Campaign Handling
• Customize messaging based on audience and budget A/B Testing & Experimentation
• Test creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
• Allocate and optimize budgets across platforms
• Ensure minimal wastage and maximum ROI Coordination
• Monthly Qualified Leads
• ROI / ROAS
• Lead Quality Score (from sales team)
