Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Performance/Digital Marketing experience.
• Strong experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven lead-generation and campaign optimization skills.
• Good understanding of CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate & ROI/ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
• Generate leads through Meta, Google, Website, Landing Pages, WhatsApp, Referrals, Channel Partners, and other platforms.
• Optimize campaigns for CPL, lead quality, conversion rate, and ROI.
• Test and improve audiences, creatives, ad copies, offers, and landing pages.
• Work with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Manage CRM lead tracking and campaign performance reports.
• Explore new digital and offline channels for lead generation.
• Support builder, channel partner, referral, and site-visit lead generation when required.
