Job summary

Propseekers Realty seeks a Performance Marketing Manager to drive lead generation for its real estate projects through Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital channels. You will be data-driven, focused on generating quality leads at an optimized CPL, and collaborate with pre-sales to improve conversions.

The role requires hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, and a solid grasp of CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Lead Generation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Good understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
• Generate qualified real estate leads and improve lead quality.
• Monitor and optimize CPL, CTR, conversion rate and ROI/ROAS.
• Manage campaign budgets and daily performance.
• Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research.
• Create and test ad copies, creatives and landing pages.
• Set up remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
• Track leads through GA4, Meta Pixel and CRM.
• Coordinate with pre-sales/sales to improve lead conversion.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
• Identify new opportunities to increase lead volume and reduce acquisition cost.
