Job summary

Axis My India Limited is seeking a seasoned Performance Manager to design and implement procedures that enhance employee performance in line with company objectives. Lead governance, audit planning, and reporting to drive continuous improvement across the organization.

You will present results to management and the audit committee, document processes, and mentor staff while pursuing ongoing knowledge development on industry rules and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Performance Manager or in a similar position.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Exemplary interpersonal and mentorship skills, with the ability to interact with all organizational levels.
• Ability to explain complex processes and employee development milestones clearly.
• Experience interpreting performance data and statistics.
• Experience with Power BI (optional).
• QMS certification would be preferred.

Responsibilities
