The successful candidate will design and run the Performance Management System while collaborating with various departments to ensure robust performance tracking processes.

The role demands an MBA in HR, preferably with 4-10 years in related fields, and a proven ability in KRA/KPI implementation. Key responsibilities include driving performance analytics, designing frameworks, and managing dashboards.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years in Performance Management / HR Analytics / HR Strategy.
• Hands-on experience in PMS implementation (not just facilitation).
• Preferably from manufacturing / EPC / Infra / EV / Renewable setup.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement KRA/KPI frameworks across functions.
• Drive monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
• Build and manage performance dashboards (MIS).
• Track target vs actuals and provide insights.
• Identify underperformers and implement PIPs.
• Work closely with HODs to ensure accountability.
• Design and implement SOPs, reporting formats, and performance processes.
• Support talent identification and succession planning.

Job Description

Manager – Performance Management & Talent Excellence

Department: HR

Reporting To: Head – HR & Admin

Role Objective

To design, implement, and drive a high-performance culture by owning the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS), including KRAs/KPIs, performance tracking, PIPs, and performance analytics. The role requires a hands-on, execution-focused professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement KRA/KPI frameworks across functions
• Drive monthly and quarterly performance reviews
• Build and manage performance dashboards (MIS)
• Track target vs actuals and provide insights
• Identify underperformers and implement PIPs
• Work closely with HODs to ensure accountability
• Design and implement SOPs, reporting formats, and performance processes
• Support talent identification and succession planning
