Axis My India Ltd in Mumbai seeks an experienced Performance Manager to lead the design and execution of performance improvement initiatives aligned with the company’s objectives. You will analyze performance data, prepare dashboards, and report results to management and the audit committee.

Strong communication, mentorship, and cross‑team collaboration are essential; familiarity with QMS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance management or similar.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Exemplary interpersonal and mentorship skills.
• Ability to explain complex processes clearly.
• Experience interpreting performance data and statistics.
• QMS certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create and oversee the implementation of procedures that support and enhance employee performance across the company’s objectives.
• Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards reflecting audit results and document processes.
• Maintain open communication with management and the audit committee.
• Document processes and prepare audit findings memorandum.
• Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management interventions.
• Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding sector rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.

• Experience withinterpreting performance data and statistics

• Candidates having QMS certification wouldbe preferred.
