Job summary

Axis My India is seeking a seasoned Performance Manager to oversee the development and implementation of procedures that drive employee performance in line with company objectives. You will define internal audit scope, craft annual plans, and present dashboards reflecting audit results.

The role requires strong communication and mentorship skills to interact with all organizational levels, plus the ability to translate complex processes into actionable milestones. Power BI familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Performance Manager or in a similar position.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Interpersonal and mentorship skills across organizational levels.
• Ability to explain complex processes and employee development milestones.
• Experience interpreting performance data and statistics.
• Power BI experience (optional).

Responsibilities
