Job summary

IFTAS - Indian Financial Technology & Allied Services is seeking a dedicated HR professional to support Performance Management, Rewards and Employee Experience initiatives. You will coordinate with stakeholders, maintain data accuracy, and ensure timely execution of processes across PMS, R&R, and benefits programs.

Summary:

Support Key Performance Management , Rewards, Benefits and Employee Experience processes by coordinating with stakeholders ,maintain data, ensuring timely execution and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.

Education:

Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Expereince:

• 4 to 5 years of experience in Performance Management.
• Experience of working on HRMS platforms,(Desirable).

Skills:

• Good understanding of Performance Management Systems (PMS)
• Experience in Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs & Employee Benefits Programmes
• Knowledge of goal setting, competency frameworks, KPIs, and appraisal processes.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS platforms.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
