Job summary

Maya Biotech is expanding its operations by launching a dedicated PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) Division for its ENT & Respiratory product range. The candidate will take complete ownership of this segment, developing and executing strategies to establish and grow the division.

The role requires building and managing a large distributor network, onboarding distributors, and driving revenue growth. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in PCD pharma marketing.
• Proven track record in building and handling PCD networks.
• Strong database of 100+ active distributors.
• Good understanding of ENT & Respiratory product segments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership.
