Job summary

Maya Biotech in Chandigarh is seeking an experienced PCD Pharma Marketing professional to own and expand the PCD division, build a robust distributor network, and drive revenue growth for ENT & Respiratory products.

This in-person role requires 7–8 years of PCD marketing experience, a track record of managing 100+ distributors, and strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Relocation to Chandigarh is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-8 years of PCD pharma marketing experience.
• Proven track record in building and managing PCD networks.
• Extensive distributor database (100+ active distributors).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Willing to commute/relocate to Chandigarh.

Maya Biotech is expanding its operations by launching a dedicated PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) Division for its ENT & Respiratory product range. We are looking for an experienced and driven professional who can take complete ownership of this segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow the PCD division
• Build and manage a strong distributor network across regions
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships
• Handle distributor onboarding, relationship management, and retention
• Plan product positioning and promotional strategies for ENT & Respiratory range
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and supply chain
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 78 years of experience in PCD pharma marketing
• Proven track record in building and handling PCD networks
• Strong database of 100+ active distributors
• Good understanding of ENT & Respiratory product segments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chandigarh, Chandigarh (Chandigarh): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• PCD Pharma Sales & Marketing: 7 -8 years (Required)
