Job summary

Eastman Cast & Forge is seeking a payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll for 500+ staff in a manufacturing setting. Role requires expertise in payroll software, statutory compliance, and accurate salary processing.

You will liaise with HR and Accounts to ensure timely salary disbursement and reporting. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of core payroll experience, strong knowledge of labour laws and confidentiality in handling payroll data.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of core payroll experience in Manufacturing Industry.
• Good knowledge of Payroll Software / HRMS / SAP / Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot)
• Strong knowledge of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance
• Accuracy and confidentiality in handling salary data.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees (Staff & Workers).
• Manage attendance, leave management, overtime & shift allowances.
• Handle statutory compliances - PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus.
• Salary structure preparation, full & final settlement (F&F).
• Handle TDS calculation and Form 16.
• Coordinate with HR & Accounts team for salary disbursement.
• Prepare payroll MIS reports & salary slips.
• Handle payroll audits and employee queries.
