Job summary

Remunance Systems in Pune is seeking a payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness for all employees.

You will handle salary inputs, attendance, leaves, bonuses, deductions, and settlements, ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, PT), generate payslips and reports, support audits, and maintain confidential payroll records.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance / HR.
• Hands-on experience with payroll software/HRMS and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, PT).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication.
