• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary, deductions, reimbursements, F&F and variable pay.


• Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and other statutory compliances.


• Work on HRMS/Payroll systems and maintain accurate employee/payroll data.


• Prepare payroll MIS, reports, reconciliations and audits.


• Identify opportunities for payroll automation and process improvement.


• Coordinate with HR/IT teams and payroll vendors for system-related requirements and issue resolution.


• Leverage Advanced Excel and technology for payroll analysis and reporting.

Candidate Profile:

• 37 years of relevant payroll experience with strong knowledge of Indian payroll & statutory compliance.


• Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in HRMS/Payroll platforms.


• Strong Excel and analytical skills.


• Experience in payroll automation, system implementation or integrations will be an added advantage.


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
