Job summary

Talent Maximus in Chennai is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage salary processing, PF/ESI compliance, and wage calculations across Labour Welfare Funds. You will ensure adherence to Indian payroll laws and coordinate with internal teams on benefits changes.

Experience with EPF, ESIC, PF, and Labour Law is preferred; strong numeracy and communication skills are essential for accurate record-keeping and EPFO transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing, including salary disbursement and statutory compliance.
• Ensure accurate wage calculation using LWF and leave management systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indian payroll laws (ESIC, PF, labour laws) for compliance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to benefits or compensation changes.
• Provide support in managing UAN accounts and EPFO transactions.
