Job summary

Genius Consultants in India is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing, statutory deductions, and attendance/leave calculations. You will handle PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, bonus, and reconciliation of payroll data with accuracy.

The role covers full and final settlements, exit management, letters, claim uploads, expense and vendor invoicing, and onboarding infrastructure for new joiners, with a focus on maintaining compliant payroll operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and statutory deductions.
• Attention to accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of Indian payroll components (PF/ESIC/PT).
