You will oversee monthly payroll inputs, ensure timely salary runs, handle tax calculations, and prepare payroll reports with reconciliations. Attention to detail and knowledge of Indian payroll statutes are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Indian payroll processing for employees.
• Handle monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, new joiners, exits, increments, bonuses and deductions.
• Manage statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and TDS.
• Ensure accurate calculation of income tax, salary deductions and statutory contributions.
• Prepare and validate payroll reports, reconciliation and variance reports.
