The successful candidate will coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and guarantee timely delivery of payroll documents and salary advices.

• Manage payroll processing for monthly/weekly/daily cycles.
• Prepare salary advices and related documents.
• Ensure compliance with PF Act, ESI Act, Gratuity Act and labor laws.
• Maintain accurate attendance, leave and related records.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Provide timely payroll support to employees.
