Position Overview:
The Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing strategic partnership initiatives that align with our company's business objectives. This role requires a dynamic and resourceful leader who can identify and cultivate relationships with key partners, drive revenue growth, and enhance the company's market presence through strategic alliances.
1.Strategic Planning & Partnership Development
- Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with the companys business and revenue goals.
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners, technology providers, channel partners, industry associations, and corporate organizations.
- Build a strong partnership pipeline by identifying new markets, business opportunities, and potential clients.
- Lead partnership discussions, negotiations, commercial terms, and execution of partnership agreements.
2.New Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify and acquire new clients through strategic partnerships, referrals, alliances, and corporate networks.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and partnership-led business opportunities.
- Conduct prospecting, outreach, presentations, and business discussions with potential clients and partners.
- Understand client business requirements and position the companys solutions to create relevant business opportunities.
- Drive opportunities from initial conversation to negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
- Work closely with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to convert partnership opportunities into qualified leads and revenue.
3.Partner & Corporate Onboarding
- Own the end-to-end onboarding of new corporate partners and strategic alliances.
- Develop onboarding plans, define engagement models, and ensure smooth activation of new partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure successful partner onboarding.
- Establish clear objectives, responsibilities, and success metrics for every partnership.
- Identify opportunities to expand the relationship through cross-selling, upselling, referrals, and joint business initiatives.
4. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, clients, and corporate stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners and ensure consistent engagement and communication.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance and identify new opportunities.
- Resolve partner concerns and ensure long‑term relationship growth and mutual value.
5.Market Research & Opportunity Identification
- Conduct market research to identify new industries, clients, partnership opportunities, market trends, and competitive developments.
- Identify potential corporate accounts and strategic organizations that can contribute to business growth.
- Analyze partnership performance and market opportunities to recommend new growth initiatives.
6.Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance teams to execute partnership and client acquisition initiatives.
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth transition of acquired clients and partners from sales to onboarding and account management.
- Ensure partnership initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
7. Performance & Revenue Management
- Define and track partnership KPIs including new partners acquired, qualified leads generated, client acquisition, revenue generated, conversion rate, and partnership ROI.
- Maintain accurate partnership and client acquisition pipelines.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on pipeline, closures, revenue opportunities, and partnership performance.
- Continuously identify ways to improve partnership-led acquisition and revenue contribution.
