Job summary

Intelli Search Services in Bengaluru, India, seeks an Order Management Executive to handle end-to-end order lifecycle using AS/400, SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities include order intake, verification, processing, import/procurement coordination, inventory follow-up, stock allocation, invoicing, shipment coordination, data compilation, and responding to distributor queries while liaising with Sales and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage complete cycle of order management end to end.
• Experience with order intake, verification and processing.
• Coordination on import/local procurement and inventory follow-up.
• Handling of stock evaluation, allocation and invoicing.
• Shipments coordination and data compilation for teams.
• Involvement with distributor queries and internal liaison.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete cycle of Order management from end to end including order intake, verification and processing.
• Coordinate on Import/local Procurement and Inventory follow up.
• Manage stock evaluation, allocation and invoicing.
• Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Compile data and distribute to respective team members.
• Operate on AS/400/SAP/MS Office systems for order processing.
• Respond to Distributor Partner/Sales team queries related to orders.
• Prepare reports and support task execution for assigned accounts.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must be able to manage complete cycle of Order management from end to end including


• Order Intake


• Order Verification


• Order processing


• Coordination on Import/local Procurement


• Inventory follow up


• Stock Evaluation, Management, and allocation


• Invoicing


• Shipments coordination


• Data Compilation and distribution to respective team members


• Most of the above shall be conducted on AS/400/SAP/MS office


• Handle various queries of Distributor Partner/Sales team related to supply of orders


• Report Management


• Provide support tasks, including efficient and accurate order processing of an assigned account base and acts as a liaison between the customer, Sales team, and internal departments.

Required Skills Set :-

• Knowledge/Proficiency - MS office (especially good at excel), As/400 and SAP


• Ability to perform the duties related to order processing.


• Must possess analytical skills, problem solving skills and the ability to handle stress well.
