Job summary

Imitr Hr Consulting Services in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced/order management professional to handle end-to-end order processing and logistics coordination. You will manage import/export operations, CHA and freight forwarder liaison, and respond to delivery queries.

The role requires strong ERP Order-to-Cash experience, proficiency in MS Excel, and solid English communication skills to coordinate inventory forecasting and ensure smooth dispatches.

Qualifications

• 3-5 yrs exp in Order Management, Logistics & Import/Export operations.
• Hands-on expertise in ERP (Order-to-Cash), MS Excel & CHA clearance.
• Excellent English written & verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end customer orders and ensure error-free dispatches.
• Coordinate import/export operations with CHA and freight forwarders.
• Respond to customer delivery queries and coordinate inventory forecasting.
• Utilize ERP Order-to-Cash processes and MS Excel/BI tools.
