Job summary

Bharrgava TetraMedEx in Faridabad is seeking an experienced Order Management Specialist to oversee end-to-end processing of customer orders received via Email, Fax, or Courier, with emphasis on accuracy and approvals.

Responsibilities include ensuring dispatch within 48 hours, updating stakeholders, maintaining real-time ERP records, and coordinating with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams. Immediate joiners preferred; 5+ years experience and CTC up to 7.5 LPA.

Location: Faridabad / Nearby Areas (Local candidates preferred)

Experience Required: 5+ Years

CTC Offered: Up to 7.5 LPA

Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (Both Written & Verbal)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Order Execution: Receive, process, and execute customer orders received via Email, Fax, or Courier after obtaining proper senior approvals.

Dispatch & SLA Tracking: Ensure order dispatch within 48 hours. Provide timely updates with logical reasoning to managers/superiors if delays occur.

Communication & Notifications: Keep customers, distributors, and field staff informed regarding stock availability. Share docket/tracking numbers via email and SMS post-dispatch.

Documentation & ERP: Maintain accurate order records both manually and electronically; ensure real-time ERP updates and statutory document compliance.

Inter-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse/store teams for order fulfillment and oversee promotional/stationery fulfillments (e.g., product brochures).

Cross-Functional Tasks: Handle internal and external departmental coordination along with additional tasks assigned by leadership.

Education & Skills Required
