Reports to (job title): Manager - Operation

Job Purpose

As an Officer, Operation, the role will be responsible for managing Order processing & logistics activities through selected logistic partners.

Principal Accountabilities

• Operational accountability for all order processing.
• Accountability for delivery of excellent OTIF levels to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams for timely delivery of orders
• Providing complete details of order packing, labelling& weighing of the order packed.
• Maintaining and circulating the MIS of order dispatched.
• Able to process the return received from client with accuracy & TAT.

Knowledge & Experience

• 2-3 Years of experience in supply chain for Domestic Orders
• Strong Microsoft skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Excel to Intermediate / Advanced level.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written to include report writing
• A collaborative team player – concerned with the team success as well as individual performance
• Solution orientated, decisive by nature and respond well to feedback.
