Job summary

Spinco Biotech in Chennai is seeking a Sales Order Processing Executive to oversee end-to-end order entry, validation, and coordination with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to ensure timely order execution.

The ideal candidate will have 4–9 years of experience in sales order processing or SCM, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication to resolve discrepancies and generate regular order reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Business Administration / SCM required.
• 4–9 years of experience in Sales Order Processing / SCM.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end sales order processing in ERP system.
• Verify order details such as pricing, product specifications, quantity, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams for order execution.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and order records.
• Resolve order-related queries and discrepancies.
• Follow up on pending orders, backorders, and customer approvals.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly order reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
