Job summary

RGBSI in Bengaluru seeks a Female-only Customer Service Support, II (Order Management) to manage Quotations, Sales Orders and COM Orders, and to generate RAMs for returns. The role requires 1-3 years of related experience within a multinational technology company and strong SAP SD knowledge.

Excellent verbal and written communication, plus MS Excel and cross-functional collaboration, are essential. Shift varies; readiness for non-standard weeks is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining Quotations, Sales Orders, Service Orders, and COM Orders.
• Generate RAM for material return from global warehouses/customers.
• Place orders, provide pricing/availability, order status and delivery information.
• Communicate responses to internal & external customers using Apropos and other tools.
• Perform transactional activities in ESKER & WINSHUTTLE.
• Follow up on urgent orders to ensure shipment.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports including KPIs.

Eligibility Criteria

• Years of Experience: 1-3 years experience
• Job Experience: Experience in a customer sales order processing, execution, fulfillment in

multinational technology corporation

• Educational: Bachelors degree in commerce, science, business management

Primary Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining of Quotations, Sales Orders, Service Orders, and Customer Owned Material Refurbishment Orders (COM)
• Generate RAM for material return from global warehouses/customers
• Places orders, provides information on part pricing and availability, order status, and delivery information
• Communicates responses back to internal & external customers using communication tools like Apropos etc
• Perform transactional activities in ESKER & WINSHUTTLE tool
• Follows up on urgent orders to ensure they have shipped.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, including KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and Operational Metrics

Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:

• Strong knowledge in SAP R/3 SD Module, Customer Service Order Processing & Order Management processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally
• Good analytical, problem solving and system skills
• Basic knowledge of SCM/Spares business
• Knowledge of MS Excel

Desirable Skill:

• Experience in aftermarket Spares Operations or Automotive
• Understanding of reverse value chain/repair operations

Proposed shift timings are 9:00pm to 6:00am IST

Should be ready for different work week model instead of Mon-Fri.

Eg. Tue to Sat, Fri Tue (Sat & Sun would be working days)
