Job summary

TE Connectivity in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced Order Management professional to oversee end-to-end order processing, coordinating with production and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment. You will analyze sales trends to optimize processes and handle escalations with senior team members as needed.

The role requires strong CRM skills (SAP, Salesforce) and excellent communication to manage high‑pressure situations while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in order management or OTC related field
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations including order processing, shipping and inventory management
• Excellent communication and escalation management skills, able to handle high‑pressure situations
• Proficiency in using CRM software (SAP, Salesforce) for tracking orders and customer interactions

Responsibilities

• Manage orders from receipt to fulfillment and ensure timely delivery
