Desert Online General Trading L.l.c. is seeking an Order Management Executive to drive end-to-end order fulfilment and ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD).

You will coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners, resolve issues, and monitor performance to continually improve processes. Strong Excel skills and good communication are required.

• Process new orders per SOPs and resolve issues.

Job description

The Order Management Executive ensures seamless end-to-end order fulfilment by coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners to achieve On-Time Delivery (OTD). This role, part of the supply chain function, focuses on ensuring a positive customer delivery experience through proactive problem-solving and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Process new orders as per SOPs, resolve procurement issues, and escalated as required.
• Delivery Management: Track in-transit orders, handle last-mile delivery issues, manage exceptions, and coordinate returns.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to logistics and trade regulations, manage DG and restricted items, and generate performance reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps, update SOPs, and maintain strong relationships with 3PL and business partners.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
• Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
• Must have hands-on experience in logistics & Excel (including data organisation & formulas).
