Job summary

Dsrpjobs in Thane, India seeks a detail-oriented order processor to prepare & process export and INR orders with principals/vendors, and to follow up for order confirmations and service/spares orders.

You will maintain an Order Booking Statement in Excel, send confirmations, invoices and AWBs to regional offices and customers, prepare commission invoices, reconcile commissions, and maintain MOM/IOM records for internal meetings and principals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & process orders with principals/vendors in foreign exchange & INR orders, by preparing OPF/FPO/LSPO, Follow up with principal for order confirmation and service / spares orders.
• Maintain Order Booking Statement in the excel sheet and service / spares orders
• Follow up with principal for order confirmation and with regional offices / customers for LC
• Check and send Order Confirmations, Invoices, AWBs etc. to regional offices and/or customers
• Prepare order-wise commission invoices / agency commission on customer
• Check Commission amounts with the expected commission amount & check for the discrepancies and to get the balance / additional Commission wherever we have received Less amount
• Maintain records of various MOM / IOMs for the internal meeting as well as of Principals
• Prepare Individual (Salespersons) Achievement Statements
• Knowledge of E-way Bills & Import Procedure is must
