Job summary

Madhu Instruments in India is seeking a sales coordinator to manage end-to-end sales backend activities, including lead generation, order processing, and dispatch coordination.

You will handle pre-sales and after-sales documentation, respond to inquiries, maintain customer databases, and collaborate with production and other departments; field international calls and exhibitions.

The role emphasizes relationship building, timely order fulfillment, and MIS reporting to support sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Managing end to end sales backend activities: Lead generation, processing of order, dispatch of products, follow up with customers regarding receipt of orders and collection of payment
• Coordinate pre-sales and after-sales activities like all kinds of documentation
• Making Inbound/outbound sales calls internationally, & market researching (competitor analysis, searching export sales data on various platforms)
• Handling all customer accounts - client interactions & their queries related to our business & product segments, building rapport & generate business from these accounts
• Create, maintain, and update database of customers with complete information
• Respond to Online enquiries through India Mart and company's website
• Follow up with client for timely receipt of order in good condition.
• Ensure all Orders are approved within pricing and discount policies
• Take order follow-ups with the production team
• Does sales order- tracking delivery and maintain MIS & other reports for the sales department
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Collaborate with other department teams to achieve individual and organizational goals.
