Job summary

Mastek is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional/Techno-Functional Consultant with 3+ years of expertise in HCM modules. The role covers Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, US payroll and fast formula, and OTL (Time & Labor) & Fast Formula. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and must demonstrate proficiency in writing fast formulas and implementing HCM solutions.

Role 1- Core HR , Benefit
