Job summary

Oasis TechnoSoft Pvt Ltd seeks an Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Consultant (HCM) to lead configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM ecosystem. You will translate business requirements into cloud solutions, with deep HR/payroll process expertise and hands-on HDL/HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher skills.

You will design and support Core HR structures, associations with global payroll, performance, and recruiting clouds, while ensuring smooth data

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Strong functional expertise in Core HR, Global Payroll, and Performance Management.
• Certifications: Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Specialist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support Core HR modules and employee lifecycle workflows.
• Develop and maintain OTBI dashboards and BI Publisher templates.
• Implement HDL/HCM Extracts data pipelines and inbound/outbound integrations.
• Lead workshops with HR, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition stakeholders.
• Coordinate quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression testing.
• Create Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and maintain documentation.

Job description

Purpose of the Job

As an Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Consultant (HCM), you will lead the configuration, optimization and ongoing support of our Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM ecosystem and will be primarily responsible for capturing, analyzing and estimating customer business requirements and translating them into Oracle Cloud HCM solution architecture that fit within the customer's business environment and business objectives. Deep domain expertise in HR and Payroll business processes coupled with strong hands-on technical proficiency in Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI, BPM Worklist, customization and data integration tools (HDL/HCM Extracts) is required.

Key Responsibility Area

• Design, configure, and support Core HR modules,enterprise/workforce structures, legal entities, department hierarchies, new company setups and employee lifecycle management workflows.
• Design and maintain goal management processes, performance appraisal templates, continuous feedback mechanisms, and talent review workflows.
• Set up requisition templates, candidate selection processes (CSP), onboarding journeys, and career site configurations.
• Design and support the solution for HCM integration with other systems and third-party providers.
• Support leading practice IT HR processes across Group entities.
• Engage in Design and deployment of new requirements / reports in the Cloud HCM modules
• Create and maintain documentation and as per standards across the given developments. Gather and document business requirements
• Facilitate workshops with HR, Payroll, and Talent acquisition stakeholders to refine business processes, identify system gaps, and author Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
• Build and maintain complex operational reports and executive dashboards using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BI Publisher (BIP), RTF/eText templates, and custom data models.
• Develop inbound and outbound data pipelines using HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), and HCM Extracts
• Troubleshoot production issues, raise and manage Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support, and optimize system performance.
• Evaluate, test, and implement Oracle Cloud quarterly updates performing end-to-end regression testing and impact analysis.

Technical & Functional Qualifications

• Professional Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant across full lifecycle implementations and post-go-live support.
• Module Proficiency: Strong functional expertise in Core HR, Global Payroll, Performance Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), and Absence Management. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is highly desirable.
• Certifications: Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Specialist Certification (Core HR, Payroll, or ORC) is preferred.
• EBS HRMS and Payroll experience is preferred.
